Abstract:

چکیده: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی همبستگی است که با هدف تعیین ارتباط فشار شغلی با روشهای مقابله با تنش در کارکنان پرستاری شاغل در مراکز آموزشی درمانی وابسته به «دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان در سال ۱۳۸۰» انجام شد. نمونه مورد پژوهش در این بررسی را تعداد ۲۲۸ نفر از پرستاران شاغل در مراکز آموزشی درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان، شهر رشت تشکیل داده است. جهت دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش از پرسشنامه ای مشتمل به سه بخش: مشخصات فردی - شغلی، میزان فشار شغلی و روشهای مقابله با تنش استفاده شده است که توسط خود واحدهای پژوهش تکمیل گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که ۵۱/۳ درصد واحدهای پژوهش فشار شغلی با میزان متوسط، ۲۰ / ۶ درصد فشار شغلی به میزان زیاد و همچنین ۲۸/۱ درصد فشار شغلی به میزان کم داشتند. و نیز ۴۸ / ۱ درصد واحدهای پژوهش از روش رویارویی به میزان متوسط، ۷۲/۸ درصد از روش جستجوی حمایت اجتماعی به میزان متوسط و ۶۸ درصد از روش دوری گزینی و ۷۰ /۶ درصد از روش فرار / اجتناب به میزان متوسط و ۲/ ۷۰ درصد از روش مسئولیت پذیری به میزان متوسط، ۷۶ / ۳ درصد از روش مشکل گشایی برنامه ریزی نشده به میزان متوسط و ۷۹/۴ درصد از روش ارزیابی مجدد مثبت به میزان متوسط استفاده کرده اند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که ارتباط خطی معنی دار مستقیمی بین میزان فشار شغلی با روشهای مقابله با تنش رویارویی، فرار / اجتناب، جستجوی حمایت اجتماعی و مشکل گشایی برنامه ریزی شده وجود دارد ( ۰/ ۰۵>P).
